Manuscript Preparation
We at Olites Publishing are committed to high-quality, well-structured academic writing. To
streamline the review process and ensure consistency, authors are requested to follow the manuscript preparation
guidelines below before submission.
General Formatting
- Manuscripts must be in English and submitted in MS Word (.doc/.docx) format.
- Use 12-point Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing, and standard margins.
- Include page numbers on the bottom right corner of each page.
Manuscript Structure
- Title Page: Full title, author names, affiliations, and corresponding author email.
- Abstract: 150–250 words summarizing objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
- Keywords: 4–6 relevant keywords for indexing purposes.
- Introduction: State the problem, background, and objectives.
- Materials and Methods: Provide enough detail to reproduce the study.
- Results and Discussion: Present findings with clear figures and tables.
- Conclusion: Summarize key findings and future scope.
- References: Use APA / MLA / Chicago format (journal-specific).
Figures and Tables
- Number and title all figures and tables.
- Submit figures in high-resolution (300 dpi minimum).
- All tables must be editable, not images.
Ethical Guidelines
- All studies involving humans or animals must include appropriate ethical statements.
- Plagiarism should not exceed 15% including references. Use plagiarism-check tools before submission.
Note: Manuscripts not following these guidelines may be returned to the author without
review.
